After a lot of research, I’ve opted for the Vantrue Element 2, dashcam for my car and I’m totally satisfied with the product. The package arrived on time and the contents inside are of very high grade material and sturdy. The instructions to install are given in several different languages, which is a plus. Additionally you get 18 months of warranty instead of the standard 12, when you register on their website. Will write another review post a months usage. Cheers !

The pictures are of good quality despite the 30fps.
A good picture can be expected even at night as well as in sunlight.
Especially the connection with the smartphone is ideal. So you can quickly download the videos and pictures and save if necessary, as well as share (insurance, etc.).
All in all, a good thing. Will be used for daily use!

Who is looking for a good dashcam price-performance ratio is well advised and served here, in my opinion. The screen is not large, but the videos have a good quality, for a truth finding in eienm accident it is enough in any case.
We are all very happy with it... Unpack, adjust a bit, connect and go. The dashcam works without problems and does what it should.
I would buy it again immediately, but do not need the twice :))

This camera is my second attempt at a dashcam and I am very pleased. As advertised, it was easy to set up and install. I am pleased with the quality of the video during the day. The video is clear and crisp even in heavy snow. I haven't had to drive at night since I got it, so I can't uber its night vision. I think there are other features that I haven't tried yet, but plan to make. Overall, I'm glad I bought it.

CPL filter is a necessary add-on if I want to get good quality pictures is bright sunlight so I bought one. Then I realised that in low-light conditions the recorded videos are terrible. I think that the problem origins from the fact that E serie has an aperture f1.8 which is too narrow for putting CPL lens on it in low-light conditions. According to basic principles of photography the less light and/or the narrower aperture you have the longer time needed to take a picture. If I put CPL filter on, the actual aperture changes from 1.8 to 2.3-2.4 which is simply not enough to take right exposured pictures fast enough and to avoid blure. That is something you cannot fix by settings. If I set exposition to -1 (or lower) I end up with a dark, under exposed video, still not good for reading details. Some competitors have f1.3 front lens so they easily can add CPL filter on it, they still have a total aperture (STOP value) of 1.8-1.9 which is similar value E serie has without CPL filter. Taking CPL filter off and putting back on everytime when circumstances change is absurd. Pity about this design flaw!

....I am fully satisfied with the cam for this price, image-sound assembly...really great and easy...BUT......for the laying of the cables should be consulted a professional. I drive a Golf 7, and since VW has a good workmanship it is sometimes not so easy to lay the cables "just so". Especially with the side airbags in the B-pillar should be done carefully! Otherwise..........Preis-performance is fully in order!

I had in the past a N4 Pro with three cameras and had already been very impressed with the quality. Therefore, I again opted for the Vantrue E2 Dual Dashcam for the second car. It offers besides the super sharp recordings also the very practical wireless remote control. With this, you can currently give voice commands in English or secure emergency recordings by pressing on the remote. I would summarize it as follows: All in all perfect!

as per title. the dashcam is great. excellent front and rear video quality. easy to use and mount. the app very useful and well done. the fact of the length of the cable that connects the rear camera to the front is very positive. very long and you can assemble it as you want. I recommend it and the best.

The dashcam is good for its quality and price. Makes very good recordings and in conjunction with the mobile app super easy to use. Cables for mounting for front and rear and adhesive pads are included. The installation was also very simple.

Both day and night dashcam takes good pictures and quite easy to set. Not too big, so does not interfere with the field of view.... A compact dashcam, solid and at the same time very functional. It is easy to mount and align.
It is a really good product in its price range. The long-term test is still pending with me, but so far I'm really happy with the camera.

The dashcam is okay, makes reasonable recordings the integrated GPS , the remote control and the control via app are the strengths of the camera here. D
The high price, the inflexible base and the unintuitive software tarnish the positive overall impression somewhat.
Since you need the 4k model of Vantrue extra still a GPS foot comes in the end again at the same price but has no remote control and I think no app.

The quality I find for the price including memory card (you must not forget when buying and calculating) not sufficient.
License plates are often not recognizable. The vibration from the rough diesel can be seen on the video. I do not know if it is due to the setting, but no matter which one I use, the picture does not get better.
Wifi often breaks up on me and is too slow.
Since I have unfortunately already installed the cables (I was too optimistic) I will continue to try out / use the DashCam first.
