Experiencing a shortage in the cord for my VanTrue dash cam car charger, I searched online for a replacement. To my dismay, I couldn’t find the stand alone accessory anywhere. I then visited the official VanTrue website and contacted their customer support via email. I explained the issue and informed them that I had purchased the device through Amazon. In less than 24 hours, I received a reply from someone, and it wasn’t just an automated response bot, but from an actual person. Not only did she reply expeditiously, but she also followed up throughout making the process very easy and painless. It was a great experience, and it shows they appreciate each one of their customers. I didn’t feel like just another request in a que but like a valued customer whose business was appreciated. Jennifer, the representative, made it apparent that being satisfied with my VanTrue experience and purchase was their top priority. Knowing all to well what it feels like to have a company give subpar customer service when it comes to product malfunction and replacements, I don’t take for granted my awesome experience with this team. I would recommend their dash cam based on the great product that it is alone but now I would recommend it even more so due to their stellar customer service. Go VanTrue!!
