I bought this dashcam a few months ago. I was very excited to finally get this for my car. However, the rear camera was not working. I had to tried to talk to Amazon Customer Service but they told me to contact Vantrue instead. I emailed Vantrue Customer Service and I had explained that the screen for the rear camera does not show up on the LED screen. I even sent them pictures that everything was connected correctly. They said they were going to send a replacement for the rear camera and so they did. That replacement still did not work. I even exchanged the cables and it still did not work. Vantrue then said they would replace the whole camera for me. I had to send the camera that I had back first and show them the tracking number to show that I did. They then sent a whole new camera set two days later and everything worked after that! The front, cabin, and rear cameras are working! Vantrue Customer Service was very helpful despite me replying a little late. I was still grateful for their help. The quality is very good on the camera so I'll rate that a 5. The quality in the night is all right but not too bad so I rate that a 4. Overall, great camera and Vantrue Customer Service helped me!(I got the new camera set over a month and a half ago and I'm just now leaving a review because they deserve a good review.)
