I had problems with the rear camera not working right away. I contacted support and they had me do some trouble shooting. Since that didn't fix the problem, they sent a new rear camera and cable. It took a couple of weeks from China, but now everything is fine. Although it can be frustrating when new things don't work, this company is quick to get it fixed and keep their customers happy. And I am!
