Vantrue customer service is always extremely helpful and quick to respond to all my questions.I bought this Vantrue N4 3 canals 4K Dash Cam in March 2021 I used it for several months but the sd card was stucked because I did not inserted correctly. I wrote an email to the Vantrue customer service and they replace the camera to me and even sent me a sd card.Overall I would recommend this product to everyone because you never know when some driver is going to come out of nowhere and hit you and either drive away or claim it was your fault. Invest in your property and yourself with this dash cam
