Stops working after less than a year UPDATEDReviewed in the United States on June 3, 2022
I really enjoyed this device for almost a year, but it has suddenly stopped working. I have tried resetting, removing the SD card, powering on and off, etc. No luck. I don't know if it's stuck in a mode or what, but it's so frustrating, especially since I was an awesome purchase for a few months.EDIT: Vantru contacted me via email and Vantrue, and were helpful and quick to offer me some fixes. I downloaded the new firmware and formatted the SD card. It's back! Thanks again
