Yesterday I made my first outing with this dashcam and overall I am disappointed.
First on the positive side:
- It is quite small
- The suction cup holds very well, couldn't get it down after attaching it on the first try
- Camera operation is simple and relatively intuitive
- Solid performance in the dark
Negatives:
For the price, the state of the art is absolutely lousy. The small screen with horrible resolution has an annoying stripe across the middle right after unboxing. A particle of dirt got caught behind the lens (directly from the shrink-wrapped packaging, mind you).
