So I had the N2 Pro and I loved it!! Upgrade to the N4 and it’s amazing!! Not only it was better.... the dash included a third camera for the back!! I have a 2016 Toyota 4Runner SR5 and driving in the south made me realized people here suck at driving.Only down fall to this dash cam, is that the cord for the rear camera is long enough. I had to buy a longer cable for it. And you had to seperately but the hard wire kit and GPS module. Ooooh and!!! My N2 Pro was already hard wire but since the N4 had USB-C connectors. I had to buy a whole new hard wire kit!!

What I like the most are 2K front cam - awesome video quality daytime and night time recording 1080P inside cam also HD quality day footage and IR recording at night but without GPS built in also No built in wifi or Cloud features I wish I can share directly from the phone to the Social media or friends generally very good dash cam.

I upgraded from a VanTrue T2 and a to this VanTrue N4. You immediately notice the difference in video and picture quality from 1080p to 1440p.All I can say is, damn. This is a damn good dashcam. This is the first 3-camera dashcam that I've seen so far. I haven't even gotten a chance to use the 3rd camera.Installation was super simple. I highly recommend getting the hardwire kit made specifically for this camera. It's super simple plug-and-play to the fuse box. You basically set it and forget it. No cigarette lighter adapters required.I absolutely love how this is dashcam has a capacitor instead of a battery. Every single dashcam that I've had with a battery has died. I've bought two with capacitors and that's the VanTrue T2 and This VanTrue N4. My T2 is still running and I'm sure this N4 will last a while too.If I had to pick a favorite thing of this camera, it would have to be parking mode. Since this is hardwired to the fuse box on constant power, the camera is always ready to go. It doesn't mean it's always running, it's always ready. Parking mode is basically standby mode. Once it senses movement, it will start recording from all cameras and then stop after some time. This is great because the camera isn't recording 24/7 and won't drain my battery. I've had this camera for a few weeks now and I have not drained my battery. The interior camera was a surprise because it's so wide, it actually captures what happens outside of the vehicle. I'll be able to see whoever dings my door now.I was surprised that each camera's video is its own separate file! I thought it was going to be overlayed one over the other, but they are their own separate file. That is GREAT.I don't know what more to say about the N4. It just works and it works great. Both camera's video quality are great and the night vision is pretty good as well. Audio is about as good as it can be.I can't think of any other dashcam would compare to this one. If you're on the fence, just get it. You won't regret it. Also, VanTrue customer service is top-notch. I once needed a replacement OBD II cable for my T2 since it failed, and they sent me one free of charge and arrived within a few days. You honestly can't beat that.

The picture quality works great. Unfortunately, the parking mode (my main reason for buying this) did not work properly. I had it hardwired and the unit went into standby after 5 minutes. It would not come back out of standby when I opened the car door, shut the door and started the car up. I also hip checked the vehicle and shook it from outside and that did not trigger it to come out of standby. It would periodically come on 2-3 minutes later, usually when I hit a bump. If I slammed my door extra hard, there was a 50/50 chance it would trigger the unit and come on. This is unacceptable. I went round and round with tech support. Their conclusion was that my vehicle was built well, so by me shaking/bumping the car, or casually closing the door, that was not enough. I'm not paying $200+ dollars for a unit that may or may not work properly. I also feared that if my vehicle was bumped by another car, I'm not sure it would cut on. I returned it and I am currently searching for an alternative. Also, for this price, wi-fi or bluetooth should be included.

I upgraded my entry level dashcam to the Vantrue N4 and now understand the difference between a cheap dashcam and a good quality one. Upon receipt of delivery, my initial impressions were that the packaging was impressive and draws similarities to the packaging of other premium electronic companies. It made me feel like I had purchased a truly high quality device. After opening the box and unwrapping the front camera I immediately noticed the heft and tough feeling of it. The advertising claims this device can withstand high temperatures and by the feel of it, I do not doubt that claim.Installing the device itself was very easy, but for me it took about an hour as I meticulously tucked away all the wires in between the frame and headliner/side pillars of my vehicle. After starting up my vehicle, the camera instantly powered on and I could see the three channels displayed sharply on the camera screen. This was a big upgrade from what I was used to because my previous dashcam screen was half the size of this one. I liked how I could see the front, rear, and inside of my vehicle simultaneously and that I knew that this was all being recorded.I may update this review after I drive around with this device some more and review the recordings. So far I can say that this device is excellent.

This thing is awesome works great little bit smaller than I thought it was going to be so that's awesome very nice wires come with it high-quality not cheap ones they have the good rubber around them Lenny long enough to run from the very back of a 2009 Lexus IS 250 all the way around to the front

I have no complaint about this dash cam, I also own the N2 Pro which is just as high quality as this one, the difference is that it doesn’t have the rear camera and usb-c. The resolution is top notch it is sharp and clear and you can see pretty much all the details from the recording. Package came with everything you need to start with your dashcam, the only thing I wish is that they should have a bundle choice for the gps mount and the power cable together so you don’t need to buy them separately. The connection is simple and straightforward, you plug in the car adapter cable to the cam and to the car, when your car turn on your cam will turn on. If you want it on always you will need to buy the other cable that way you can record when you are away from the car. I used Samsung evo 256gb micro sd card and works fine. If you need 3 channel camera this is the one to buy otherwise the N2 Pro will works fine, but I also like the bigger lcd screen on the N4 cam which makes it easier for me to see what’s going on. For future release such as the N6, maybe it will be 4K with 5 camera that come with two additional camera on the side somehow to record left and right in case there is a side impact. Maybe a 360 camera will do just that. I also wish the warranty should be 3 year standard, not that I doubt it will fail, but I believe it’s a high quality dash cam that backed with good warranty will beat out the rest of the competitors better. Overall this dashcam is highly recommended if you need a dashcam. You won’t regret it.

I love these cameras, I have had an N2 in my truck for awhile now, but this new N4 for her car is great. I may upgrade my N2 down the road. This camera was really easy to install, and I tucked the wiring away quite well. Keep up the good work Vantrue, your products are awesome.

I got the Vantrue N2 Pro about 3 years ago. I use it for my Honda Accord. Ever since, I've been very happy with the Vantrue product. Recently I got a new car and I needed a 2nd dash cam. After reading many top recommendations, I went with the N4. After testing it for a couple days, all I can say is that i'm impressed. Clear video and audio. Definitely worth the money.

Camera does not look or feels cheap, It has a nice build and weight to it. The menus are easy to navigate and it is fairly straight forward to set up. I bought the ODB kit so I could use it in parking mode so that I always have peace of mind even if I am away from the car. I recently started doing rideshare and wanted to make sure I'm covered in case of an accident or false rider complaints. It has a inside cabin cam which is very clear. The rear facing camera not only catches the interior but also gets a good view. I'm surprised how clear the night vision is for the inside cabin at night. Vantrue has always been good with night vision in there cameras. Vantrue is a good brand and have great customer support.

I previously had the N2 Pro, but it let me down when the internal battery went bad. I was involved in an accident and the N2 Pro was knocked from the windshield and disconnected from power. The internal battery was shot, so it immediately lost power and did not finish writing footage to the card. So, the actual incident was lost. The N4, however, uses a capacitor, instead of a battery. So far, so good. The image quality is great on all three cameras. We'll see how it holds up to the heat as the summer goes on, but I'm really digging it so far.

I demanded this camera for my sister as a birthday gift.. but the camera is not working after a month...the mount comes off all the time... even the camera turns on / off by itself while driving.. the back camera and interior camera goes off and comes back.. sometimes it says error... i would say it was not worth it... i thought it was better since is it expensive but i am going to ask for refund...

Very good camera angle coverage, simple to setup and install. I've never installed a car camera before and it was very easy to hide the cables in the car compartments. It only tool 30 minutes for a complete install from start to finish. I now feel much more protected that if there is an accident I'll have the data and proof to protect myself (if it's not my fault...) I didn't like that the GPS support is a separate purchase. Even thought not expensive, it's just one more thing to buy. I recommend that it be included within the camera purchase even if the price is higher.

Wide angle of view and clear high quality picture was my first concern and it blew my mind it was a little bit hectic to installation of the rear camera but overall it’s worth it.

This camera failed right before I needed it most, during a car accident.

Works great. Awesome three camera dash cam. This is my second purchase of this Vantrue N4 dash camera. First one works so well in my wife’s Lexus I had to get one for my Superduty. Video is crystal clear and GPS works great. I highly suggest getting the hard wire installation kit Vantrue offers. Makes permanent installation a breeze. Highly recommend if you are looking for a all around great dash camera system.

I had owned and used the Vanture N2 Pro model for 2.5 years and decided to upgrade to a newer model since I got rear ended on Feb 20th and this model comes with the rear camera! I have been using Vantrue N4 for almost 4 weeks and I would say this N4 rocks! By making the LCD screen bigger, it has become more fun and useful. Also, the ability of seeing all the three cameras on the same screen and at the same time is a huge plus, as well. The quality of the cameras are way way way better than any other dash cams that I have used so far. Especially the night vision. (Since the accident happened at night, I have been hesitant to drive during night time scaring that the same thing could happen anytime.) All I can say is; they have improved the night mode much better. The quality of sound recording is great too! I am a part-time Uber driver and in order to protect myself from people the video and the both sound and video quality of the dashcam is my first and foremost priority. Thanks to Vantrue that they have come up with N4. Really appreciated their product.

I bought vantrue n2pro it was the worst experience software problems reset by it self on and off constantly missing videos mount failed parking mode failed no wifi the new one N4 samething my friend did not listen to me finally bought the N4 3 channels and also no wifi have same problems as the n2pro. He call me today he want return it. There's a lot of dashcams offering more specs great quality less prices just shop around and before you buy read the reviews I'm sure you will find the one you like.

Before I had the N2 and unfortunately that one's battery started to melt/exploded (not quite sure what happened). Either way, this is the perfect replacement since it runs on a capacitor and has a higher heat tolerance. I've had this for a few weeks now, and I can tell that the software is much improved. I'd buy from this company again just because of their excellent customer service and feedback they take from their customers!

What should have been a great camera turned out to be cheap and unreliable. Won't hold a charge. Won't power up on computer. Won't connect to computer. Won't hold date / time. Buy something else.

the product is good but its a little expensive.

Installed in my 1500 chevy Express van. Rear Camera had plenty of length to reach the rear door window. I like having piece of mind from theft or damage to my vehicle. I know having this camera installed if an item is stolen out of my vehicle It will be easier to claim insurance and file a police report.

I recently purchased the Vantrue N4 because I wanted a dashcam that had additional rear and rear facing Cameras. My current dashcam is the vantrue T2. It has been a great camera and I haven’t had any issues with it in the 2+ years I’ve had it. Picture quality of the T2 is really good. Night video is good and it has a ton of cool features such as parking mode for surveillance. The N4 is a nice upgrade from the T2 and it has a 1440p front camera and 1080p rear and rear facing cameras. The video quality difference in the front 1440p camera is noticeable in both day and night. In the video you can see the sharper front facing camera of the N4. It also has a slightly warmer tone Compared to the T2. At night there is a slightly noticeable increase in image quality compared to the previous gen camera. This could be due to the 1.4 lens or the new Starvis sensor. It also has a noticeably larger 2.45” rear display which is also a lot sharper than the tiny T2 display. The only con that I noticed was the cord faces up instead of to the side. When installing the mount, you’ll need to leave some room for the cord. At least it’s usb-c. I’m not sure why they changed the cord position from the previous models.Overall I am impressed with the N4 and is worth every penny. Enjoy the video of some very nice cars!

There is setting for when the memory card is full that doesn't seem to work correctly.I wanted the recording to stop when the card was full and selected this setting,This worked the first time, with a warning on the display that the sd card was full. After that is failed and would overwrite the sd card even after the card was full, even though it was set to not overwrite.Perhaps will be fixed with a future firmware update?

High resolution ?? A joke?

This is one of the coolest dashcams I've purchased and the only one I've been able to find with THREE cameras. Obviously this is a major selling point because it provides nearly 360 degree coverage of your vehicle. The video quality from all three cameras is great. I previously owned the Vantrue N2 Pro, but had issues with the battery which required the device to be replaced. It's nice to see the upgraded features on the Vantrue N4. I have two small complaints about this device though and one pretty big issue (but there is a workaround).Small complaints:• The Vanture N4 lacks a dust cover for the ports and micro SD card slot on the device• The micro SD card slot seems deeper than other devices making it difficult to take the card out without a small paperclip or similar itemBig issue:• The Vantrue N4 uses newer MP4 encoding which is not completely supported by all devices in the standard video player (specifically Chromebooks). This was problematic for me when trying to review any of the videos, even using VLC media player which supports many file formats was unsuccessful. After much trial and error, I was able to find an Android application called "Osm Player" that enabled me to view all of the video footage BUT ONLY AT 1080p resolution. This is obviously not ideal because the higher resolution front facing camera is one of the big upgrades to this device. With that being said though, the 1080p resolution footage is certainly adequate and the benefit of having three cameras still makes the Vantrue N4 worth it for me.

Overall, the Vantrue N4 three-camera dashcam is a significant upgrade to the N2 Pro that I have used for two years. Bottomline, I would recommend the N4 on all counts if you want the addition of a rear camera. The added security is well worth the additional cost. It also gives you more options as you can pick which cameras you want to record. Installation and setup were easy with just minor issues that I was able to resolve myself. Running the wire to the rear camera under the headliner and avoiding side airbags is the trickiest part. During two week-long heat waves reaching 98 degrees, the N4 operated without any issues. Here are some highlights and details:CAMERAS: The N4 three cameras can record simultaneously as 1440P + 1080P + 1080P. Dual mode can record at a higher resolution of 2560x1440P front + 1920x1080P inside @ 30fps like the N2 Pro, but also with the option to record the rear instead of interior. This is the obvious benefit for non-rideshare use. I will use dual mode recording most of the time, but am uploading samples for the three-camera simultaneous mode since that is the breakthrough feature. The clarity of all cameras is great. I can say the 2560P front camera is clearer than the N2 Pro, but the difference won't show here in pics uploaded to an Amazon review. Initially, exposure on the front and rear cameras was slightly darker than I prefer, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the default settings at the midpoint with a wide range for adjustment. The front camera is sharp enough at 1440P to see a wide field of view with minimal distortion. License plate numbers are easily readable at 25 feet, and much farther when set to 2560P. The rear camera is tiny with an ultra-wide lens and significant pin-cushioning that captures 160 degrees. One significant improvement over the N2 Pro is that the inside camera covers a wider field and its infrared imaging at night is much crisper. The microphone also picks up clear conversations at almost any volume, if that is important for you.Formatting & Memory: The N4 accepts up to a 256GB micro SD card. I am using a 128GB Samsung EVO SDXC due to its robustness in heat. One issue when installing into the N4 was it was not readable after formatting in the dashcam. However, I took it out and formatted it twice with a Mac Pro and card reader before it was readable by the N4. It has worked fine ever since. Note that files will automatically be saved to the card from each camera you designate in 3-minute increments and appear chronologically with suffix A, B or C. When the card is full, it will start writing over the oldest files, so be sure to download any events you wish to save, especially if using a smaller capacity memory card.Installation: The N4 body is about 15% larger than the N2 Pro. The larger body accommodates a bigger LED screen that makes settings and viewing much easier than the N2 Pro. Due to a big console for my rear view mirror and sensors on the windshield, I had to mount the N4 on the passenger side instead of the driver’s side like my N2 Pro. The reason was partly the larger size of the camera, but mostly because the suction cup mount caused the N4 to hang lower than I would like. The wire connector also points up rather than to the side like the N2 Pro, so that lowered the mount another 1/2”. Ideally, I would like a smaller fixed adhesive mount with side wire connector instead of the suction cup mount. If you don’t have a big electronic console at the top of your windshield, you will be fine as is.Parking Mode: I do not use the parking mode because my Volvo XC60 has a tendency to drain the battery when any electronics are left on. But I did test the G-Shock function and found it highly responsive. A great feature if you park in a shared garage or parking lots, and can manage your car's battery power properly.

This is my 2nd review for Vantrue products. I have previously owned their other two models the Vantrue N2 and the Vantrue N2 Pro. This latest model was a huge improvement in that it now has the capability to record the rear of the vehicle. Simply put, you have the front, inside cabin and the rear recording. All 3 images are crystal clear & able to be viewed on the dash cam itself simultaneously. Even when in night mode is activated for the inside of the vehicle, you can make out detailed features of the person(s) inside. After a week when I examined the contents of the SD card for all the footage it was easy to find the date and which camera I desired.I have had it for a couple weeks and have only had the suction cup release once from the windshield after a very hot day. The unit itself does get very warm to touch, but Vantrue assured me that this is normal due to "it containing a bigger working current" than their previous cameras. The video over attached here is a snippet of the rear view camera. As you can see, the license plate is easily viable in the case of a rear end hit & run accident.A few reviewers have complained that it does not have Wi-Fi/Bluetooth capability to stream to your phone in real time. I would agree this is the only downfall. But at the rate Vantrue is going that would be their next and final step to make this dash camera absolutely perfect.I also own the latest social media advertised dash cam Nexa*. Vantrue N4 is by far better quality & can record the rear traffic. Despite not having the real-time viewing, it is top notch & worth the extra money. When they come out with their next camera I will be eagerly waiting to test it as well. It simply keeps getting better.

The only thing i do like about the n4 is that there is no WiFi. It would make it so easy to download videos to your phone or computer than you having to take the whole dash cam inside to download videos.

When I decided to get a dashcam I was leaning towards the high end like blackvue etc. The cost though was prohibitive. I did much research and decided the N4 Vantrue would fill my needs. I highly recommend getting the hardwire kit. It's an easy install and makes everything much more professional. No wires hanging or in the way. Many videos out there on how to install these kinds of dashcams. I recommend the video at the dashcam store for installing the blackvue dashcam with power magic pro. It has lots of good ideas and tips. Installation was mostly easy with a little bit of difficulty wiring the rear camera on my wife's CRV. I wanted it perfect and professional and took about an extra hour. My tundra was really easy. I installed the rear camera on a metal mounting bracket from the dashcam store that fits in the headliner. I couldn't mount it on the rear window as it's retractable. Other than the hardwire kit problem which was on my end. Look at my review of it to see what happened and it actually could help you. Video quality is great. I'm old so looking at the screen on the camera is not productive for me. Build quality seems top notch. Time will tell. Overall very happy with this system. Great quality at a moderate price.

I purchased the Vantrue N4 last week and installed it the night it arrived. I own a Chevy Suburban and tucking the rear camera wire from the back to the front was not too difficult, but was the most labor intensive aspect of the install. The picture quality of all the cameras is phenomenal and system setup is fairly intuitive. I currently have it powered by the USB power cord supplied, but just ordered the hardwire kit, mostly to be able to hide the cords in the headliner. Very pleased with the decision to purchase this system; just a minimal investment that may capture a crucial moment for video/audio evidence.

The camera gives very good picture quality in both light and dim setting with natural color. It is easy to set up and install, both the front and rear camera. There is ample wiring included and instructions and menu settings are easy to understand. Downloading to the computer is simple and having the screen on the camera itself is a plus. Of course, the 3 channel view is very nice especially if you need a view of the cabin (which can be turned off). I am giving only 3 stars though because of 2 incredibly annoying flaws- First, the suction cup does not stick to the windshield if it is warm out. Despite cleaning both surfaces thoroughly, after 30 minutes the camera falls off the windshield in hot weather. Consistently , 100% of the time. I had to tape it on using aluminum tape (see picture) which does the trick and stays on in hot weather but looks terrible from the outside. Second- the plastic nut which screws on the stem to fixate the camera does not hold the camera tightly enough. So there is too much give in the sway of the camera and if you go over a bump or do some really hard cornering, the camera will actually tilt slightly and needs to be repositioned. Maybe not huge defects, but very annoying because there is no good fix for either. Hopefully Vantrue will improve upon this.Update: Contacted Vantrue re this issue of failure to stick to the windshield. Their reply was prompt and courteous, but not very helpful. Offered to send me another "GPS mount". Strange, I didn't order a GPS mount. Furthermore, they said it would take up to 2 months because everything from China is being delayed. (1month beyond the return window, BTW). Also interesting because it only took about a week to get the original dash cam. Oh well, lesson learned. Corners have to be cut somewhere, and I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I'll go with Thinkware .Update to the update: I finally got the sticky mount, so I will upgrade back to 3 stars. Unfortunately it is no better than the original. In hot weather the dash cam promptly falls off the windshield. So my last ditch solution is to superglue the dash cam to the windshield. O well

This is the best dash cam I have had. I know that sounds like I am being paid to say that but this dash cam truly is the best one I've owned. The video quality on this is very nice done and 3 channel the daytime and night time video It is crystal clear.Good customer service!

Exactly as description and worked perfectly. Great product. Great sale.

Brought this Dashcam as previous Dashcam was really poor during nighttime hours and as I'm an Uber driver I needed a better quality dual camera. The Vantrue N4 lives up to the reviews and provides everything I need. The Audio is good, the set up itself is easy and the quality of video is excellent from the Front, Rear and internal camera. Both during the day and also nightime hours. If you are looking for a high quality Dashcam, then I would def recommend.Andy Stoke on Trent England

I initially bought this dash cam due to dual camera option. However, once I received the item I had nothing but troubles with the device. The suction cup would not stay mounted to the window. My husband would be driving and it would just fall off. It would not manually record (even after pushing the button to record.) I wish that I could give a lower star rating. There are options with other dash cams to view the footage with an app on your phone. This dash cam does not have that as an option. Almost everyone has a cell phone this is something that the makers should work on for the future. I am disappointed that I spent this much money and it not be the best product on the market.

Nice, smart and useful. It was the first dash cam with 3 camera... front, rear and inside of the car...

The camera quality is great, day and night. The dash cam is easy to install and utilize. The PROBLEM is that the screen burned out in less than a week. The outside temp was only 77 degrees F, so I know the manufacturer max temp was not reached. It is too bad that the camera became defective because I really liked it. I will not be purchasing a camera from this company again.

After using several cheap dash cam, I want to try something new and totally different, has really clear cam, with more cameras, and it can take pictures even in dark night, this one is totally fit all my expectations! Three cameras can snapshot all the things happening around my car, and each video is clear.

This is an awesome camera. It is expensive but I think it was money well spent. I got a 256GB memory card from Vantrue also. The installation was easy with the right tools. I was able to hide all of the cables and it looks like a professional install. The PC program to view the recording later took a few minutes to get used to, but works great. I’m really happy with this purchase and plan to use this camera in my daughters first car (16 yr old). Highly recommended.

The N4 is not only my first Vantrue dash camera, it is my first dash cam ever. I got it setup in only a few minutes. Way easy to do. Just read the Quick Start Guide, and you'll be set in no time.I was most impressed with image quality, easily explained by the Sony STARVIS image sensor it packs in. I've been a faithful Sony customer for a very long time and the image sensor was a determining factor in picking the N4. Some acquaintances of mine, big fans of the Blackvue brand, have admitted being positively impressed with the N4. The N4 is also flexible enough with various camera resolution and channel configuration options. When all three cameras are used (front, cabin, rear), the maximum video recording setting is 1440P + 1080P + 1080P at 30fps. The on-screen menu will allow you to change that configuration, so it is possible to select a lower resolution if you have a low capacity memory card. The N4 simultaneously records front, cabin, and rear shots with or without sound, and you can see all three on the 2.45 inch IPS LCD giving you a good overview all around you. It's too early for me to say how this camera will turn out to be in the field. Having said that, initially at least, Vantrue delivers a tempting feature set with the N4.It's not only the high quality image sensor, or the use of a large capacitor instead of batteries (a great idea in high temperature places, i.e., Florida), or the easy setup, optional parking mode, or the wide angle lenses packed into a small form factor, or the night vision, it is also, the simplicity of a very complex device, and the overall feature set. All those characteristics put together made the N4 a must have.As it always happens with electronics, and as I already said above, time will tell. I will try and make the effort to update this review in a year's time or so, with observations and details which can only come about after having 'kicked the tires' so to speak, for some time.Best of luck and as someone I admire used to say: Live long and Prosper!

I bough this to have a second dash cam. It has now become my main and replaced my LifeChaser 4K dual cam.-The 2K front video image quality is better than my 4K LifeChaser cam.-The 1080 cabin video quality is excellent.-I have not tested the back camera image quality since I have a convertible.-The sound recording quality is excellent; it is much crispier than my 4K LifeChaserLicense plates - I went over the footage, paused, and zoomed in to license plates and I could see them clearly, as long as the cars were reasonably close to my vehicle. I will submit some screenshots.-Set up was easy; the controls are easy-The screen is big and looks great-The camera comes with a USB cable to attach to a computer and you can view all saved videos and export them-I am using this cam with the recommended Vantrue 256GB microSD-If you upload your vids to YouTube, the image quality is 1080p; however, Vimeo accepts 2K and 4K w/ a fee. Conclusion: love the camera. It has excellent video, picture, and sound quality.

Wasn't able to try product because the suction cup mount will not stay on the windshield. It doesn't matter how many times I clean the windshield or suction cup mount with either rubbing alcohol or water. I am able to make it stick for 3 seconds and that's about it. I'm sure the camera works and the quality is probably top notch. Shame I wont be able to find out myself.

I'm a little confused about the product. For some reason I spent a long time trying to turn it off and the button reactions got sluggish. I had to hold down the arrow buttons or press them twice long just to react. Until I pressed the reset button it had that problem. I also couldn't power the camera down during that time for some reason...I'm also not entirely sure how Parking Mode works. I have hard wired it into an always-on fuse (because I learned that turning it off collision mode didn't seem to work) and I guess I need to always turn it off with the button? Or does it automatically go into parking mode by itself while always on and work like that? There are a lot of questions I have that I can't really seem to find answers for online.I have not driven with it yet, so I'll edit this later. Right off the bat it has been a little confusing and frustrating. It is rated well, so I suppose it will do well.

Wow! Let me start with talking about the price because to be honest that's what stopped me from getting this dash cam sooner but i'm so happy i did! With a few simple words, Its worth it! For me personally I wasn't looking to spend much money on a dash cam but i decided to get this one because i couldn't find anything else like it on the market. For something that shoots 3 ways of video and has this quality and night vision inside the cabin i am super impressed! The dash cam is very light and was super easy to setup. Price of what you can afford goes by each person and how much you're willing to spend but i would definitely recommend saving a little extra to get this dash cam over the others. This will save you so much more money for any accidents/hit and runs and with 3 cameras you wont have to worry about if your camera caught anything. With the wide angle lenses inside the camera it captures everything i need. I seriously would recommend this to anyone looking to get a dash cam and with the features of this one its worth every penny!

I’ve had my camera for about a few days now, coming from a dashcam of a different brand. I’ve been impressed by the picture quality of each of the cams (front, rear and interior). Installation was pretty simple, I forgot to order the hardwire kit for the park mode function but ordered and received it a couple days ago. Everything is working like a charm, I tested out the park mode, and by the time I walk up to the car, open the door and get in the camera shows it’s been recording about 15 seconds so it’s working as soon as it detects me walking up to the car. Great camera overall!

I was very surprised N4 Dual Dash Cam was so small, but do not let the size fool you, it is packed with features. The great thing about the size is, it does not interfere with my vision while looking out of the windshield. It is great that is can record three cameras at the same time in very high resolution. I have a very long vehicle but the cord for the rear cameral still had a few feet of extra length. I would recommend this dash cam to everyone that is shopping for a great dash cam.

So far working good. Thank you.

First of all you get 3 cameras, all with fantastic video. I have hardwired mine using the hardwire kit from Vantrue and also the GPS mount. I was having trouble with Parking mode at first but I think I did not understand how it worked but now that I have paid more attention I went out and checked all the files and found out that Parking mode is working perfectly. It then switches to normal recording once I enter the car and turn it on. Installation was breeze, taking less than 3 hours and that included the search for a constant power connection. I have tried other dash cams but this one is the most fantastic one I have ever seen and with all the features, auto night view, auto turn off of LCD screen, Parking mode that works no matter which camera detects the motion, Collision Detection, etc., I cannot think of a better deal. I thought I was going to have to find a mobile power bank to get Parking mode to work, but after I studied how it works, I realized that I do not need it and that my camera is working fine right out of the box. The manufacturer is very good at responding to a question or complaint within 24 hours as advertised and they also take your phone number so I assume if there is a need, they are willing to call you to straighten out a problem that cannot be fixed through email. I give this product 5 stars for all these reasons.***Edit***I wanted to add to this review, mention of the Vantrue Video Player. Not as impressed. First, let me say this. It works. But when you have video set to maximum on the front camera, the video is very jerky. I have a new computer with 32GBs of RAM and over 3TBs available space with an Intel i9 CPU Yada yada. It isn't my computer. Now at 1080 resolution and 30fps it is smooth. But just so you know, I have seen some people say that you have to use their dedicated player to get the GPS and speed stamp to show on he video. NOT TRUE! I replayed several videos in Windows Media Player and the stamp showed. The only thing you miss out on is the video information stamp, such as resolution, fps, etc. I like using WMP because if there is anything you need a good look at you can edit the video and create a slow motion snippet of an important part. Now, here is another part that is really aggravating. In the manual they do not explain this but kudos for the support staff getting back within 24 hours to explain. I tried to follow the manual and I added the power through the GPS unit when connecting to the computer. You cannot do this. You have to plug the cable from the computer into the rear camera slot to get it to play directly from the camera to the computer or to copy files over. Remember that, it is not in the manual. Next, I found that if you do not want to remove your camera from the car, just remove the card from the camera and insert it into a full size SD adapter, set the adapter to write-protect and insert into computer. Now you can access all your files on the card and copy them over or just play them. When done, you just reverse everything to put card back into camera. I recommend that you format the card if you copied the files over and do not need an extra copy on the camera anymore.Another advantage to using WMP over the Vantrue Player is that WMP plays the videos a lot more clearer and the audio is much better. Now the worst of the worst (but still not horrible). When you go into the settings for Vantrue and reset KM/H to MPH and the default folder for the files to be found in, every time you close the program and restart it, you (or at least I did) have to go back in and change the settings again. Worst of all is that once you reset the default folder, when you click on the folder symbol to open one, it does not go to the folder you set. It goes to the installation folder where the program is installed. Why? I need to open videos, not see where the program is installed.I cannot think of one way that the Vantrue Player exceeds WMP. WMP is smoother and allows editing and creating slow motion videos, etc. It also saves all settings when it is closed. Plus, the absence of important details in the manual as to how to power up the camera by using the rear camera slot is not there is a big points off. As is the absence of information as to how you can write-protect the card and just insert it directly without having to remove the camera from your car.So, my recommendation to Vantrue is to update the manual, and make the player save settings and improve the algorithm for playing videos so that it can be at least competition for WMP. Until they do that, the product still gets a 5 star review, but the Player only gets a 3.5 stars rating.I hope this helps. Do not allow the Player's problems stop you from buying this camera. They are a very dedicated group and I am sure they will get the player fixed. In the meantime, the 3-camera setup is the most beautiful dashcam setup I have ever owned or even seen.UPDATE: I have figured out how to use the Player. As I told you above, they are a dedicated group, and they have updated the Player since I purchased my N4. I am able to save my settings now and I do not know if they updated the algorithm for playing videos, but now the jerkiness that I reported above is much better and rivals WMP. So now the recommendation I make is to use the Vantrue Player as it adds the abilite to track the speed and GPS with a map. Now, the map may lag behind where you your location is actually at that moment in time, but at least it has that ability where WMP does not. So again, my new recommendation would be to use the Vantrue Player. If you need any advice on how to use it, I have gone through all the headaches with figuring out everything and will be glad to offer help to anyone who posts a question. Oh, my new rating for the Vantrue Player is 4.5 stars. The half star missing is due to the lagging in the map. My computer is extremely powerful and so I know it isn't that. If they can fix that last issue, I will give the player 5 stars like I do the dashcam which I still recommend as the best choice on the market.

Edit: My original review was a one star because I received a defective camera. The cabin and rear cameras would not record. I returned it. Shortly after, Sandy from Vantrue reached out and offered to send me a replacement. This camera is great! I love how easy it installed and it works without any trouble. I forget it is there. I drive a 2010 Mazda 3 and my front windshield is slightly more slanted than a typical car. Unfortunately, this causes a glare in the cabin camera. The night mode for the cabin camera is amazing. It looks professional in my opinion. I have not gone back to review footage, but I am confident that its there. I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants to cover all the angles of their car!

This is all in one solution. 3-in-1 dash cam, front, rear, inside. Amazing, I am very happy. Wire length is appropriate, for any car it would not be less for sure. Video quality and pixels...amazing. very satisfied. No issues whatsoever

It took me a few tries before I finally decided to spend the money on a camera like this one. Many products out there with empty promises or exaggerated details. Vantrue is the first to really shine on their promises. Great camera glad I spent the money on this!! And probably will if another model is released (hopefully with WiFi and an app, as well as IR for all three cameras , that would make this camera perfect) but this is damn near close to perfect in my eyes. Great picture, on all 3 cams. Small and the design looks amazing!!! Can not go wrong

I am upgrading from Ventrue N2 Pro dash cam to the new N4 Dash cam.The reason for upgrade is because I was in a 3 car accident, someone rear-ended me, and push my car bump into the car in front of me. When there is no clear evidence to show who caused the accident, 3 car accident can be a messy lawsuit. With camera footage on hand, it is so easy to determined who is at fault and don't have to worry about lawsuit.Because N2 Pro do not have rear camera, I decided to get an upgrade and try the Vantrue N4 Dashcam. I am very impressed with the N4 on the price and video quality. The video quality is wonderful no matter day or night you get the best video compare to other dash cameras. Front Camera is at 2K or 1440P resolution, cabinet and rear cameras are at FHD or 1080P, all at 30 frames per second. and you can purchase the hardwire kit to have it monitor your car 24/7, which is what I did.One can find all the dash camera specs on Amazon page, so here is what I think the pro and con to this dash cameraPRO1. The video quality is impressively good, I am able to get good video from all 3 camera lens in day or night. A clean windshield and rear window also make huge difference. Night vision is so clear both inside and outside of the car. With new CMOS sensor and F1.4 aprture in the front, night time video is super clean. and 4 IR LED lights for interior camera help to see everything inside the car in night time as well.2. The Dash cam take up to 256GB of Micro SD card, since you have 3 lens all working at same time and at full resolution a 3 minutes clips from all 3 cameras will be about 700MB in size, you will need large SD memory card to hold all the video footage.3. Super capacitor instead of tiny battery is a must for hot or cold weather. I had many other dashcams that come with tiny battery pack, none of those dashcam will last long in extreme hot weather. In summer the temperature inside a car can go all the way to 150-160F, those tiny battery pack won't last a summer. Capacitor are weather resistant and I don't have to worry about dead dash cam when I need it.4. Larger LED screen is a godsend, because you have 3 camera view now, the larger LED make it much easier to read. and you can switch between different 3 cameras to the main screen to monitor. It is easy to operate and review the clip.5. Wiring the rear camera is surprisingly easy. I was worry about wiring the rear dash cam to my car, but after watch some Youtube video and read other feedback, I was able to do it in 15 minutes. Maybe my Camry is just easy to do it, I didn't have problem to hide all the wire and make it look good.CON1. No Wifi or App support. I think with today's digital age and smart phone, the dash should come with a quick way to access video footage wirelessly to download and share.2. No internal GPS support. a builtin GPS will be a nice feature, you will have to buy GPS mount if you want to get GPS data on the dash cam.3. No Y cable to power and connect to rear dash cam. you will need to run two cables to the main dash cam, one for the rear camera to the side of the main unit, and another cable to provide power on the mounting unit of the main camera. Wish there is a Y cable I can connect both USB C connector to have just one single cable to run to the main unit.4. Video is on codec h.265 format, if you have older computer, it might not support h.265 format. I understand why they need to use h.265 codec because all 3 cameras at 2K or FHD do increase the video size, and h.265 has better efficiency compare to the h.264. So don't be surprise when you try to watch the 2K video on your 8 years old laptop, the video is not able to play, you can still hook up the dash cam directly to your 60+ inch TV with Micro HDMI cable. Another way you can do is upload it to Youtube and it will encode again but you will lost quality on the video.Overall: The Vantrue N4 is a very good upgrade from N2 Pro, and one of the best 3 channel dash camera you can buy in the market. If you need to get a dash camera for you car, don't settle on the budget camera that will go bad in a year, get the N4 and have peace of mind to know it will work every time you start the engine with clear video when you need it.

Item is extremely small, and while the packaging sort of feels like a premium product, it isn't until you pull it out of the box and actually turn it on and hook it up to the computer to see how it feels and operates. It's cheap, and clunky. Can't believe this has such high reviews. A knock off Go Pro would be a better suited than this. There are a lot better dash cams for half this price.Pros: Packaging was nice and felt premiumCons: Clunky software Cheap plastic Expensive price Hardware kit is separate SD card is separate No mobile app

Just got my Vantrue N4 3 channel. Spent about an hour before bed yesterday messing with the settings and installing a firmware update. After work today I went out to install it in my car. It was relatively easy. I spent about an hour fidgeting with it. Realized that "park mode" doesnt work unless you have a constant power supply. You can go without it if your only interested in capturing footage while the vehicle is running. Otherwise youll need to order an OBD Hardwire Kit for about $19 or the regular Hardwire Kit for about $16 if you want to record video while away from the vehicle. The device functions are easy to get use to once you read the manual and mess with it a bit. Speaking of the manual it was very thorough and had detailed pictures too. The video quality actually looks really good and the sound is decent to. I had fun watching the video footage of me installing it and hearing myself during playback was a hoot. Didnt have any issues with missing parts/pieces. The only constructive advice I have is to get one of the hardwire kits I mentioned so you can take advantage of recording while away from your vehicle in "park mode". I also really wish it had Wi-Fi to stream to an app or something in case the device itself gets stolen or something. Lastly, it could have also included an option to get the hardwire kit instead of the car charger. Otherwise its still very new to me. Ive seen some reviews where they pop back in after so long and update the review. If I can figure out how to do this I will try to update this review maybe every 3-6 months if needed.Update 5/20The camera is now hardwired into my vehicle and Records in park mode. I also have it set to Collision / motion detection so it only records during those times. I decided to test the camera and see what it deems an event. I went around my entire vehicle trying to open up all my doors, I hip checked the vehicle multiple times moving it enough to get the car to sway, and I went around knocking on the doors in an attempt to mimic a minor collision. For each one of these instances the camera did record each time but it only stored it under "all" or "normal" files not "event" files. This is a problem for me because if the camera isn't able to determine what an event is how can I be confident that when an actual event occurs that it will store it properly. If it doesn't store it under event files it automatically overwrites them when The SD card is full. The only way I'll know as of right now if an event has occurred is if I go through all the files and watch each one individually everyday which takes a couple hours depending on how many files you accumulated since the last time you checked it. I'm also pretty disappointed that the camera doesn't come with a WiFi/Bluetooth feature allowing you to connect to the camera wirelessly to view footage or to even track its location in the event the camera itself is stolen. The video footage is rather clear with the exception that you cannot read license plates unless you and the other vehicle are parked. I don't know if turning the footage over to the police would help maybe they can clean up the footage if not I guess I'll have to somehow obtain a software that does this which I'm sure costs a pretty penny. Night vision is great on the inside cab but the front and the rear do not come equipped with night-vision and are essentially useless if not in a well-lit area. The booklet it comes with suggests that you should not store it in direct sunlight. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to avoid this as they have to be attached to the windshield in the front and rear. If I cover the windshield then what's the point. When I go to check it after getting in the car I do notice it is concerningly warm. It says it's supposed to be good up to I don't know over a hundred sixty degrees or something so hopefully it holds up. I'm kind of paranoid that it may fall off the windshield being that it has to have the suction cup mount. Anything that I've had that requires a suction cup mount has always popped off and slid across the dash. This has yet to happen but it's likely it will. I started looking at adhesive strips for suction cup mounts so if it does start to happen I'll have a solution there. Gonna contact customer support to see about events not storing properly. Hopefully they can help me because I'm going to change my rating down to 2 stars and hopefully be able to return it.

Great investment to have protection while you drive. I used the previous model, the N2 pro for 2 years as an Uber and Lyft driver and it's been awesome. The N4 is very much like the N2 pro except it has higher quality cameras and an extra camera in the rearview which makes a big difference. With higher quality, it has no problem capturing license plates day or night. The wide dynamic range has improved giving you more view of the sides of your car. The night vision works better than ever and now has an option to toggle it on or off if you don't like the black and white look. The suction cup mount is very strong with greater suction than before. The instruction manual and menu on the device are really easy to use. Even the attention to detail on the little things such as the box and packaging is great. You can't beat this 3 channel dashcam for the price.

I totally invested into my car with this expensive $300 dash cam after getting into an accident where the other driver chased me across 5 lanes on I95 after I got in front of her in the HOV lane. She proceeded to throw objects at my car. We ended up colliding as I was trying to get off the ramp. She then began looking to see if I had a dash cam, after which she took pictures of my car, and tried to claim bodily injuries and say I hit her the next day. Come find out she was driving someone else’s car, and doesn’t have insurance. The owner of the vehicle does.Needless to say, my windows were tinted immediately after my car was repaired, and I invested in an EXCELLENT dash cam with amazing video quality. I also wanted 24 hour parking mode, so I would know I’m protected especially living in an apartment complex. Something like that had NEVER happened to me before, but I learned that when people don’t have insurance, then tend to try to take you for everything you have when you have good coverage.Im still in the middle of it with the insurance company, but I 1000 % feel better with my dash cam that records all three cabins at once.Anyways, I had my car hardwired, which was a little difficult, but with the help of some YouTube videos and my owner’s manual, i was able to hardwire my dash cam to an external battery (cell link Neo) which is hardwired to my car, so basically I don’t have to worry about burning my car battery because the external battery is utilized, and charges when my car is on only.Listen, I’m not tech savvy. I’m a 27 year old female nurse who lives alone with her two dogs. Makeup, sleep and food are my hobbies. I was able to hide the wires in the pillars and weather stripping of my car so that they aren’t visible. I even connected the back camera to the front, so you don’t see wires poking out there either.I will upload pics later. I have a 2015 Toyota RAV4 for reference.Btw: the only real issue I ran into was trying to figure out the fuse issue with my car. For some reason the battery wouldn’t charge from the car. With the help of my brother, we found out that I was missing a fuse (fog light) for my car. We ended up not using the external hard wire kit from Vantrue (not needed), and only used the kit from Cell Link.I was also able to conceal the battery under the drivers seat, and I hid those wires in the trimming as well.Literally nothing sticks out but the two cameras themselves. My car feels armored and awesome!

I'm not a nerd, so I won't offer detailed technical info in this review. All 3 cameras work very well (front, rear & inside). They all give very good resolution when you download the clips to view. At night the inside camera's IR feature is excellent! The view to the rear & inside cameras are displayed in small rectangular screen on the upper right & left of the big screen. Features in "Settings" take a bit to get used to, but you'll get the hang of it; and there are lots of features. I have it professionally installed & the wiring is well hidden; I also have the power cord hard-wired to the battery, therefore, the technician installed a fuse to protect the camera (kudos!). I particularly like this feature which I've programmed: camera turns on, then the screen will go dark after 5 minutes (to save shelf life of the screen); I don't need the screen to stay on all the time! The suction cup is excellent; it has yet to come off the windscreen since I've put it on weeks ago; & I don't think it will. I have another brand of dash cam in my other car & that aftermarket suction cup (i.e. didn't come with the original camera) would come off eventually. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Easy setup with decent picture quality. I only had one problem with this camera, which was corrected with the latest firmware update. I've already recommended this camera to my sister.

A couple of years ago I decided to purchase a dash cam however I did not know much about them. After researching them and deciding on what features were a necessity, I made a purchase. Actually, I made several purchases and bought the dash cams that I had narrowed my search down to. I tested each of them and decided that the Vantrue N2 Pro was the best dash cam for me and I have been happy ever since. When I recently found out that Vantrue had released the N4 I decided to upgrade. The new N4 is similar to the N2 and has a lot of the same great features along with several new features. Here is my review of my personal PRO’s and CON’s of the new Vantrue N4.PROS:The N4 has three cameras which provide me with a lot more options. The N2 has two cameras (a front-facing camera and an interior camera) but the new design of the N4 received an upgrade of a third camera (a front-facing camera, an interior camera, and an external corded rearview camera). The quality of the cameras and the recorded video is great just like all of Vantrue’s dash cams. The LCD screen on the new N4 is almost twice the size of the screen of the N2. This is great because it makes viewing the menu as well as recorded footage a lot easier. The new N4 accepts a larger memory card. Both the N2 and the N4 use micro SD cards to save recorded footage but the N2 has a max of 64G whereas the new N4 has a max of 256G which allows a lot more recorded footage to be saved. The N4 is designed to make the micro SD card more accessible. The N2 has a rubber-like cover that has to be lifted in order to reach the micro SD card slot but Vantrue got rid of that on the N4 and now the micro SD card slot is a lot easier to access.CONS:The menu is on the top of the N4 unlike the buttons of the N2 which are on the bottom. At first, the top-mounted buttons might look and/or feel normal but I prefer the bottom-mounted buttons. This is because I mount my dash cam directly under my rearview mirror in an attempt to make it less noticeable. This also makes the space between the bottom of the rearview mirror and the top of the dash cam less accessible. This affects me mainly while driving if I need to press the emergency lock/record button, pause the recording, or pause the audio because I have a slightly harder time reaching the top-mounted N4 buttons. This is a minor issue and bottom buttons are just something that I personally prefer to have. The N2 has a feature that allows me to press a button and quickly turn off the LCD screen if I do not want to wait for it to auto-shutoff. So far, I have not found a way to do this with the N4. Again, this is just something that I would prefer to have. The N4 is currently not fully compatible with the Vantrue mirror mount which will only affect a very small percentage of people. Vantrue makes three mounts: a suction-cup mount, an adhesive mount, and a mirror mount. The mirror mount is the only mount that does not have a power port. Since it does not have a power port the dual-purpose port on the side of the N4 which is normally used for the rearview camera needs to instead be used for powering the unit. I have been in contact with Vantrue and I am hoping that they make some type of adapter. I am currently using the Vantrue adhesive mount which seems to be working fine.In conclusion, the Vantrue N4 is a great dash cam and regardless of what I consider to be CONS, I would still consider it my top dash cam pick. For people who only want two cameras, I would still suggest purchasing the N4 and just not use the third camera. This way you will always have that option if you choose to take advantage of it in the future. As a side note for Vantrue, I hope to see the company design a dash cam that connects to your phone via WIFI and saves the footage by uploading it to the cloud. Doing this for all footage would probably be too much but being able to do this for emergency lock/record footage would be great. Maybe even a feature with extended WiFI (similar to what DJI drones use) to access live footage when using parking mode for shock or motion alarms. I can see this being beneficial if someone breaks into the vehicle and takes the dash cam or if a person is away from the car and the alarm goes off. A person would be able to almost instantly access and view the footage of the event. Hopefully, this is a feature that Vantrue can develop for future dash cams.

My car got hit while it was parked for the 2nd time so I decided to buy the fanciest camera to capture all that happens to my car. Today my rear car window got smashed overnighted but I am not upset because I have a $300 dollar dash camera. I go to check the footage and nothing was recorded. I had nothing recorded after Saturday. I seriously can't believe this.If your looking for camera to capture what happens while you drive then get this. If you need it for more, this isn't the one for you. I would return it but my return date was 7 days ago. So this is camera number 2 that has failed me.

This is a really nice camera, great video quality. If I had to do it over, I might elect to get the lower priced model that does not have the rear camera. I dont see a lot of value in having a rear camera right now, but that could change if I get rear ended or someting.

Editing my previous review: it has been a few days from being a year and my camera has died. It failed to turn on. So disappointing. It’s an added frustration to the already defective window suction mount that always falls off in hot and cold weather no matter how you stick it in. Quality of filming is great, just not very well engineered for function and longevity.Quality of the picture is very nice. Very easy setup. Love that the power cable plugs into the mount and not the camera which allows easy camera removal and placement into another car. I like that it has a capacitor and don’t have to worry about the camera overheating and battery exploding. Only wish is that it had WiFi to pull footage off it. Otherwise great product!

Works perfectly. No complaints so far. Everything is pretty straight forward.

I bought this camera and unlike everyone else, I actually purchased and self installed the hardwire kit in order to use the advertised parking mode feature. This review is from the perspective of parking mode, which was all I cared about since my car was recently vandalized in the night while parked outside my residence. With the exception of parking mode - It's a great camera. As a driving dash camera, which is how 99% of consumers will use this camera (because many people are not handy enough to install the hardwire kit) it's a great camera, especially for the price. My only critique from a driving perspective is that 1440p actually is more of a 1080p quality, due to the obviously low bit rate of the video. 1080p is more like 720p. But I have a trained eye. Most consumers and average Joes don't, so you will be 100% satisfied.Cons:Parking Mode - This is the only reason I wanted this dash cam, because of the 3 channel in parking mode. I'll just list the problems I have with my unit. This is not how it is supposed to function based on the instruction manual.1. Each event that is captured via the motion sensor in parking mode, for some strange reason, lasts only 10 seconds. If someone is walking their dog near my vehicle for example, the camera will pick up the motion a good distance away, and as the person moves closer to my car, it will stop recording after the 10th second, completely ignoring anything happening beyond that point. That is crazy to me2. The camera is supposed to exit parking mode and switch to normal mode automatically once the car is started and driving commences. Not mine, when I start driving from parking mode, the camera doesn't know what to do, it stops recording but stays on, and it loses connection to the rear camera. I have to manually reboot the system for everything to work correctly every time I start driving from parking mode.3. When I check the saved recordings in parking mode, all of the interior camera files are corrupted. Only the front and rear files can be viewed. I just don't get it. It worked correctly for the first few days. I may have to return this.

This camera has exceptional video quality and I’ve enjoyed having it so far. I had a minor issue with a cord but it was resolved quickly with customer service via Instagram the same day I messaged them about it. If you’re looking for a great camera to cover both the front and rear of your vehicle, I would highly recommend the Vantrue N4!
